We are professional artists that handcraft our panels in the USA and in our studio.   Many of our panels are ORIGINALS we design in our studio.  We select our glass by hand, directly from the manufactures to ensure good quality and a consistent grade.  The soldering is of professional quality.  We take care to make sure your window is re-enforced properly to ensure a window that will last 100's of years with proper care.  Our stained glass art pieces are of the highest quality and are clearly elegant.  The craftsmanship is absolutely exceptional.  We want your purchase to be handed down to your next generation and theirs. Photos rarely capture the true brilliance of the colors and textures of art glass. At Stained Glass Heirlooms we strive to get great photos, but we also hope you realize the art work will intensify and pop when viewing in person.

If the window can be hung multi-directional we drill all corners so you can change the look from time to time. The drilling can't be seen if used in a fixed window type of display. It is the best method for hanging since we don't have to remove the hangers for you. Removing hangers will leave a messy looking zinc came frame. Nothing worse then purchasing something that has to be modified only to look horrible once done.

Each window or panel is handcrafted and crated once ordered and paid for. The glass is handmade and may vary in color, density etc. from window to window. We will make every effort to reproduce the same panel, but     variations may occur that are beyond our control.

shipping on any glass art work, sorry, but better safe than sorry with our art work.

Free shipping is valid for the LOWER 48 STATES ONLY.  If outside the lower 48 states please email us as we can do a private listing with shipping added.
Business days are Monday through Friday.  The day before a holiday, holiday and day after a holiday are not business days.  Any payment made after 2 pm or during a holiday will be recorded the next business day. Handling time starts from the business day your payment was recorded.
Tracking numbers are sent the day of mailing. We will send your tracking number through UPS or other carrier and by our business email. Please make sure to read our email since it will contain an attached file with
instructions on how to uncrate the item, hanging and care of your window. We will also add the tracking number(s) to Paypal if used for payment and eBay.
Please note IF stated in the listing "FREE SHIPPING" insurance and tracking are included.  Method used will be UPS, Fed Ex, USPS or other method at our discretion. We will pay for the method we chose, but if you would like another method or carrier we will credit the cost we would have spent for the actual shipping we chose and bill you for the remainder for the upgrade. If less than the amount we would have chosen then nothing is due in return. Absolutely NO seconds quality glass. Hand selected glass from the manufacturers.
If your window has bevels they are top of the line bevels NO seconds.
If your window has jewels they are usually antiques or are German made which means quality.
All art work is produced in the USA and is handmade.
Rich black patina is applied to all leading and is unified in color.
Oxidation retarder is applied to all leading. This procedure is waved when the client is going to insulate the window since no air will be allowed to get to the window once the process is done. Very few people on eBay do this process and it is VERY important.
Thick protective coating to provide clarity is applied to patina to help prevent oxidation and make the leading shine.

This is worth every dime you spend with us. We tell you how to manage your window over the years to keep it looking as good as the day it arrives. We also provide customer service for our client's that doesn't stop with the delivery of your item. If you have questions and you purchased your art work through us please call or email and we will do our best to help you out.

Please note no cardboard boxes can be used for shipping our stained glass art pieces unless very small art work. It has been found that cardboard can compromise the items structure during shipping no matter if they are bubble wrapped, double boxed and/or peanuts added for packing. I have seen with my own eyes what happens during shipping just a few examples are dropping the item, stepping on the item, people at the airports that load the plane with mail ride up the conveyor belt on top of items, thrown packages you get the idea. Though you may not see the damage right away over time you will. We don't take chances since we stand behind our work.
