This listing is for a pair of German Dresden hand painted cabinet plates. Each plate features four sections with two having Romantic couple scenes and on the opposite are beautiful flowers. There is raised heavy gilding on the edges and center intersecting the four vignettes. The plates measure 8 3/8" in diameter. Both are marked on the verso with a blue crown and Dresden76577. The condition is as follows: Both plates have wear to the middle gilding, there are no chips, one plate has a very large spider hairline mostly seen from the back.
