* Terrarium includes a glass loop for hanging. Loop is approx. 0.25" wide.
* For a Globe Glass Terrarium only, decorations are NOT included.
Because this is a Glass item - Despite double boxes and careful shipping, damages in transit are sometimes unavoidable. If it happens, we reserve the right to either replace or refund at our discretion. Our decision will be final on the method of replacement without any exceptions.

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days in the original packaging and original new condition.
Used/unsealed items will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note, a tracking number is required for all returns.
